Golden Ear Consulting provides thoughtful counseling, consulting, and training rooted in attentive listening, compassionate care, and practical movement toward healthier patterns.
I've spent over a decade working alongside people who are navigating some of life's most challenging moments — in schools, in community programs, and in private practice. That experience has taught me one thing above all else: when someone truly feels heard, real change becomes possible.
My approach is person-centered and holistic. I draw on a range of therapeutic methods — including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-focused care — but I always begin the same way: by listening deeply, without judgment, and meeting you exactly where you are.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, and relationship challenges. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to carry it alone.
— Alethea Rudolph, LCPC
I create space to truly hear you — not just your words, but what's beneath them. Every session begins with presence and attention.
There's no judgment here — only curiosity and care. You can show up as you are, say what needs to be said, and work toward what you need.
Healing isn't linear, and I won't rush it. We work at your pace, building clarity and strength one step at a time, together.
